Here's update from the shop with happenings and new events.  Please feel free to share feedback - I'm bent on building a community and want you all involved!

Artisan-Led Workshop

Our first artisan-led workshop was on February 10th featuring one very talented miniaturist: Arlene Finkelstein.  Her tiny flowers: TDF!   We learned a lot, had a blast and brought home our own delightful assortment of roses and orchids, not much more than an inch high! (no watering required).  Thanks Arlene! (she promises to be back...whew!)

Upcoming Flower Show!

Excited to be heading to the Philadelphia Horticultural Show on Monday, March 2nd.  This is a BIG event in the miniature world!   I'll be covering it all LIVE and sharing on my social media channels including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. So if you can't make the trip, take the ride with me virtually.   I'll also be interviewing contributing artisans to share later on in the week!   Beautiful works by Pamela Goldman is featured in the photo.

Featured Product: Half Inch Pottery

An amazing assortment of miniature pottery is available in the shop by Craig Roberts.  He is one crazy-talented potter from Chandler Arizona and is known as The Hairy Potter.  His work ranges from the dramatic (incredible face sculptures extending from pots) to the traditional to the humorous (you must to see his "proverbial pot to piss in" collection!).

Meet Up: Saturday, February 28th 

Join us for a Miniature Meet Up scheduled for Saturday, February 28th from 10:30am to noon.  This is a great chance to meet informally and learn more about miniatures and how to incorporate them into our lives.  A short presentation ( I swear, short!) will be followed by some gabbing and socializing with light refreshments served.  Hope you can make it ($10 fee redeemable in product!)....Sign up online!
